The objective of creating teams as a growing project under our expanding umbrella is so that we can provide all players with a platform to actively execute techniques learnt within our 1-2-1, PDC, BMS and Elite Striker programmes within a competitive game situation. CP Coaching Teams will further develop all players tactical understanding and decision making, allowing us to provide a full coaching support package to optimise the players development, covering all 4 corners of the CP Curriculum. 

 

Our new Teams will allow us to bridge the gap between training and game performances by making it more transparent to outline specific areas needed for development which we can address and support within our specialised coaching programmes. We proudly provide a consistent pathway for our players into a full-time scholarship academy programme from post 16 with outstanding exit routes and first team opportunities.

 

CP Coaching Teams will accommodate for talented local players looking to test themselves in the most competitive league in the Midlands - MJPL. We aim to provide all players with a professional, academy standard - learning environment.
