All 2-2-1 members are assessed with our unique (PAT) Player Assessment Tool, this allows us to create a personal (PDP) Player Development Plan which includes individual targets for all players to focus on and work hard to improve. We believe the importance of understanding a player’s performance is imperative in catalysing development, this is why we have 12-week face-to-face reviews to outline the players PDP.
